Yes, held per heat number on structural and reinforcing material. Ask for it on the purchase order — it is much easier to issue at the time of order than afterwards.
Yes, and on a full-length order there is no cutting charge. It saves you a second trip and saves us the drop, so it suits everybody.
Same day in Bulawayo off the rack, next day to most Midlands and Matabeleland towns, 48 to 72 hours further out. The estimator page gives a lead time by town.
Yes, on every sale. VAT is charged at the standard rate and the fiscal receipt is issued at the point of sale.
